Fractional Sales Lead
Sales United States Part-time $5,000/mo retainer + 10% net-new revenue
About the Role
Build a predictable outbound engine that turns Paramint's current run-rate into eight figures. This is a 10-20 hour/week role ideal for experienced sales professionals. Paramint is a software consultancy trusted by Discord, Burger King, and Constellation Brands.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline creation: Define ICP, mine and enrich leads with Clay AI, craft multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, video), generate ≥$750k in qualified pipeline per quarter
- Deal progression & close: Run discovery, shape solution, write proposals/SOWs, negotiate to signature on deals ranging $100k-$1M ACV
- Repeatable system: Document plays, dashboards, and cadences in HubSpot; iterate weekly on messaging and metrics
- Sales assets: Produce battle-tested decks, one-pagers, and outreach copy
- Team leverage: Coach founders on demos, hire/manage fractional SDRs as volume grows
Must-Haves
- 3+ years closing new-logo B2B tech services or SaaS deals ($100k-$1M ACV) with receipts
- Built at least one outbound motion from zero to $3M+ in new ARR
- Fluent with Clay AI, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and obsessive about CRM hygiene
- Producer mentality — comfortable writing copy, building slides, and jumping on cold calls solo
- Data-driven, allergic to referral-only pipelines
- U.S. resident able to overlap 9am-5pm ET for prospect meetings
Bonus Points
- Rolodex in government contracting or enterprise digital-transformation
- Experience selling low-code/AI services
